The air film completely closed coal shed adopts the scientific ground ventilation design and the principle of displacement ventilation. The ventilation efficiency coefficient is much higher than that of ordinary ventilation, so as to improve the air quality in the coal shed, reduce the concentration of floating dust in the air and reduce the health risk of the workers.
The explosion will not be caused by the excessive dust concentration. There is an intelligent ventilation system in the inflatable film coal shed. The number of fans is controlled according to the dust concentration in the gas film. The probe hole for testing the gas concentration is reserved at the top of the design. At the same time, the multi leaf regulating vent is installed in the coal yard, which can ensure the dust density in the bin to be stable and prevent the explosion caused by the high dust density.
