Reverse hanging membrane structure can be used not only in waste gas collection, but also in large-scale architectural design. Because of its beautiful shape and novel structure, it is widely used in the market. The application of reverse hanging membrane structure improves the efficiency of waste gas collection and the quality of the structure. The following points should be paid attention to in the cutting of membrane materials:

1. It must be ensured that the working point of the cable boundary remains unchanged. For other hard boundaries, because the component itself has a certain spatial scale, the working point of the membrane can be changed or kept unchanged according to the actual situation, and the method of connecting components can be changed, but generally speaking, the latter is more difficult. In addition, the membrane at the corners shall be cut in strict accordance with the actual structural practice and size.

2. At the connection point between membrane material and hard boundary, special compensation value shall be considered to ensure installation.

3. Determine the longitude and latitude of the membrane and the position of the on-site joint between the membranes. The longitude and latitude arrangement of the membrane will affect the appearance, utilization rate of membrane materials, production workload, etc., which must also be consistent with the calculation model. The field joint is easy to leak rain, so it is generally suitable to use the ridge as the field joint.

4. The width of the membrane material shall be fully utilized in the cutting of the membrane, that is, after taking into account the factors such as thermal bonding lap length, prestressed expansion joint compensation and boundary practice, the cut membrane shall be as close to the width of the membrane material as possible, so as to improve the utilization rate of the membrane material.
