1、 Working principle

Therefore, the air pressure difference inside and outside the air film will not have any adverse impact on the human body, but will help people engage in sports activities or physical work; Generally, the internal and external air pressure difference is 250pa, about 0.0025 atmospheres (equivalent to the air pressure difference between the first floor and the ninth floor of a normal building).

1. Safety of air film building


The air film structure usually has an internal and external air pressure difference of 250pa, about 0.0025 atmospheres (equivalent to the air pressure difference between the first floor and the ninth floor of a normal building)


Air film building is a new building structure supported by internal and external air pressure difference. Within the safety range, the greater the air pressure in the internal space of air film, the higher the ability to resist wind load and snow load. Therefore, the less likely the deformation of air film building is and the safer it is.


For example, a pressure of 1.75 inches of water would be equivalent to a wind of 80 miles per hour. If the pressure cannot reach the safe value of resisting wind and snow, the structure is in danger of collapse.


The main entrance of the air film building fully meets the access of personnel and vehicles. All entrances and exits adopt modular design and strictly follow the specifications, which are firm and safe.


If the air film building collapses slowly due to an accident caused by force majeure, the time required for the air film roof to fall to 2m above the ground shall not be less than 30 minutes to ensure sufficient escape time.


The building standby entrance can be equipped with revolving door, emergency door (fire entrance and exit), double door and air lock channel. When an emergency occurs, you can go out from the inside and quickly withdraw from the building to ensure personnel safety.


2. Economy of air film building


For traditional structure buildings, with the increase of span, the construction cost per unit area will increase geometrically;


On the contrary, the construction cost per unit area decreases with the increase of span (up to 180 meters). (when the span exceeds 30m, the construction cost of air film building can be reduced by more than 50% compared with traditional buildings.)


The energy consumption of air conditioning and heating in air film buildings is much lower than that in traditional buildings.


After more than 30 years of tracking records, more than 1000 successful cases around the world show that the energy consumption for air conditioning and heating of air film buildings is only 10% to 30% of that of traditional buildings. The later stage of air film construction basically does not need maintenance, which provides guarantee for sustainable high-level and low-cost operation.
