ETFE Membranes:

ETFE membrane not only has excellent impact resistance, electrical performance, thermal stability and chemical corrosion resistance, but also has high mechanical strength and good processing performance.

This kind of membrane has excellent light transmittance, known as "soft glass", light weight, only 1% weight of the same size glass; good toughness, high tensile strength, not easy to tear, ductility is more than 400%; weather ability and chemical corrosion resistance, melting temperature as high as 200 C; good acoustic properties. Self-cleaning ability makes the surface not easy to contaminate, and rainwater can wash away a small amount of contaminated dirt, cleaning cycle is about 5 years.

In addition, ETFE membrane can be pre-fabricated as film bubbles, which is convenient for construction and maintenance.

Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer has the following features:

  1. high abrasion resistance,

  2. high wear resistance,

  3. high temperature resistance,

  4. high corrosion resistance,

  5. high insulation,

  6. high safety materials.

  7. Ultra light weight. Thin and light film. It has superior seismic resistance and convenient construction.

  8. Durability: Climate adaptability: - 200 to 150 , more than 20 years of bad weather, mechanical and optical properties remain unchanged.

  9. High safety: flame retardant material, shrinkage after melting but no droplets. In case of fire, it is less harmful, hail climate, even if the glass is broken, ETFE only leaves small dents. Surface is very smooth, excellent self-cleaning performance, dust, dirt with the rain wash away.
