Material Properties:

PVDF membrane used in membrane structure building is a kind of membrane material with strength and flexibility.

It is a fabric base material woven from fibers. It is processed and fixed with resin as coating material on both sides of the base material. The central fabric base material is divided into polyester fibers and glass fibers. In mechanics, the fabric base material and coating material are divided into two parts.Fabric base material have the following functional properties:

1. high tensile strength

2. good tear strength

3. good heat resistance ability

4. durability

5. fire resistance. 

Coating materials have the below properties:

1. weatherproof

2. anti-fouling

3. water resistance

4. light transmittance.

PVDF membranes have the below advantages:

1. high thermal softness,

2. high performance-price ratio,

3. short manufacturing cycle and fast construction speed.

4.  In recent years, with the continuous improvement of technology and materials, its weather ability and anti-fouling property have been further improved. The durability of PVDF film with high self-cleaning ability can reach more than 15 years. At present, this material is the most widely used membrane material.
